The purpose of this website
This website introduces CRV Gudka & Co, our Edgware accounting practice, the services we discuss with clients and our accounting journal. These terms apply to use of the website. The terms of an accountancy engagement are agreed separately with the practice.
Guides and individual advice
Articles, service descriptions, FAQs and worked examples provide general information. They cannot take account of your individual income, business structure, records or reporting obligations. Worked examples are illustrative and do not represent promised outcomes for clients.
Tax rules, thresholds and reporting requirements can change. Articles show a content date and link to relevant official guidance where appropriate. Check the current guidance and obtain advice suited to your circumstances before making a financial or tax decision. Publishing an article does not create an adviser-client relationship.
Enquiries and engagements
Sending a form, email or telephone enquiry starts a discussion. It does not by itself appoint the practice, agree fees, authorise a filing or transfer responsibility for a deadline. Until the engagement is agreed, you remain responsible for taking the steps required to meet your deadlines.
We discuss the work required, information needed, responsibilities, timescales and fees before accepting an engagement. The agreed engagement terms govern the services provided. A particular tax result or financial outcome is not guaranteed by the website.
